Vinification
The vineyards for this wine were hand-harvested and located at an elevation of 4,000 feet. The grapes were lightly pressed and cold macerated with dry ice for 1 hour. Fermented during 25 days at 12°C. Produced and aged in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes
A rosé with an elegant salmon color. On the nose, it has subtle floral notes with delicate aromas of dried fruits. On the palate, its freshness and juicy acidity blend perfectly with flavors of currants and strawberries. It is a wine of great structure and balance that can be enjoyed on its own or with food, due to its pleasant tension on the palate.
